In-game purchases go through to your account instantly, however, occasionally you may experience a delay in receiving them, in which case we advise waiting a few minutes.
If your purchase went through (you have a receipt from Apple/Google) but you have not yet received it in-game, even after waiting a few minutes, please contact our support.
Please include a screenshot of the purchase receipt to help us resolve your issue. The receipt should be in your email, but if you can't find it you can follow the steps below:
Android [Google]
- Go to Google Pay.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- Select "Activity".

Select an order to see your receipt.
(It will pop out from the right. Be sure to capture the whole receipt!)
iOS/iTunes [Apple]

- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- A list of your recent purchases will appear.
If you're not sure what you've been charged for but you know the amount of the charge, search for the amount.
If you're looking for information about older purchases, find your purchase history in Settings or Account Settings on your device.
