Otherwise, all of your progress and any purchases you've made will be permanently lost.

1) Can't Access the Game?
If you are unable to request account deletion from within the game, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at: support@countrymusicgame.com. Please be sure to have some of the below information prepared so we can locate, verify, and proceed with account deletion for you as efficiently as possible:
- What is your name/username?
- What is the total number of Gems you have?
- What was the last song you played?
- Which is the most recently unlocked song?
- What did you last purchase in the shop using Gems?
- Which event did you last participate in?
- What was the latest reward you received?
2) Request Account Deletion Directly from within Countrystar
1. Open the in-game menu, by tapping the top right of the screen and tap "support".
2. Tap the Delete Account button.
3. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account on two consecutive screens.
4. You will have 14 days to cancel your deletion from your original request, otherwise your account will be permanently closed.
